Dead Ringer does brunch

One of Sydney's favourite venues for cocktails and fine dining is switching things up and dishing out brunch

This five-star Surry Hills restaurant-bar hybrid is now doing brunch. Best of all, they'll be doing bottomless Mimosas. Yep, you heard us – for just $20, you'll enjoy cold pressed orange juice with King Valley Prosecco and a splash of Dead Ringer's secret bartender seasoning, at your own pace.

You'll also find the Dead Ringer Bloody Mary made with amontillado sherry and gin, and a cold drip coffee cocktail with bourbon, vanilla and cardamom. 

On the food front, you'll find a breakfast menu that steers away from your regular café fare while still sating your breakfast desires. Think omelettes, housemade savoury tarts and lots of fresh seafood. Make sure you order the king prawn pieces, which come in a rich, stocky bisque with crunchy-fried bits of ginger, chilli and onion. 

Dead Ringer's brunch menu will be available every Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 3pm.
