Everyone has their go-to drink that’s ‘a little bit them’. Whether you’re a sophisticated Martini drinker or a fun-loving Cosmo sipper, what you drink says something about you. Zeta Bar has taken that idea to the next level with a cocktail menu that offers a unique experience.

Curated by international bar consultant Grant Collins (who’s previously graced the likes of Gin Lane and Dry Martini), Zeta’s ‘Moods Menu’ is an ode to colour psychology and impactful fragrances. Four cocktails, each named after a colour, represent different moods and behaviours invoked by their sight and scent.

Feeling powerful and passionate? Red’s your order. It’s a three-citrus Gimlet scented with frankincense. Then there’s Blue, a cardamom rose Champagne Sour with notes of lavender and sea salt for serenity.

The seasonal menu also has offerings for spicing up the colder months. The ‘Redistilled Martinis’ section includes a cosy collection of tipples like the Campfire Espresso with redistilled toasted marshmallow rum, and the Dry Roasted Peanut Manhattan starring a  redistilled dry roasted peanut whiskey made with a rotavapor.

Zeta Bar – complete with outdoor terrace – is open Wednesday to Saturday from 5pm ’til late on George St, right in the heart of the city. Find out more and check out the full menu here.
