Time Out says

When nine of Australia’s raddest bakers get together in one room to cook up a feast, you have our attention. Superstar chef Luke Mangan is hosting them all at his Mojo by Luke Mangan space in Waterloo this Saturday April 30.

Bakers include Cakes by Cliff, whose over-the-top, dripping cakes have seen him rise to stardom on Instagram, Newtown’s MakMak will be serving up their epic macarons, N2 Extreme Gelato will be there dishing up their made-to-order gelato and Black Star Pastry will be doing their – always excellent – cakes right. There will also be offerings from Buttercreme Lane, Sweet Bakes and Reynold Poernomo, delightful brews from Sydney tea-company Tippity Tea and bubbles from Champagne Henriot.

The event also marks the last day of Mangan's CEO competition, where the winner will travel the world visiting Mangan's numerous restaurants, including one on the famed Orient Express train.

There are two ways to get involved with the brunch: you can go a bit fancy and get involved with a sit-down brunch with Mangan and 28 others, running from 9-11am. It costs $75 and includes three courses and bottomless Champagne. Or you can come in at 11.30am and try everything at your leisure until 3.30pm for $5 on the door plus the cost of dishes ranging from $10 to $15.

However you choose to do it, this is not a brunch you’re about to forget in a hurry.
