Made by the Hill is bringing bring burgers, beats and brews to Greater Western Sydney, opening within the Rooty Hill RSL. So, is it a restaurant, bar or café? Basically it's all of the above – they are pegging it as a 'social space', incorporatinga bit of everything.
You'll find food from Surry Hills' Chur Burger – including the OG beef burger, Milo milkshakes, pulled pork and sweet potato fries. Behind the bar they will be shaking up a mix of easy drinking cocktails like Aperol Spritzers, strawberry and pomegranate Mojitos and espresso Martinis. If you wanna keep the sugar a flowin' you'll also find sweet treat kings Pasticceria Papa serving up cheesecakes, cannoli and tiramisu.
They've spent a cool six million overhauling the venue, so expect luxe interiors with nods to Scandinavian design.
