More than 9,000 visitors made their way to Carriageworks for the free, large-scale contemporary food and wine markets in June – so we're pleased to hear they'll be bringing back the marketplace in September with 50 stallholders, including stalls from Cake Wines, Bird Cow Fish, Porteno, Young Henrys, Billy Kwong, Efendy and Icebergs.
The Spring Market celebrates the new season and invites visitors to learn from leading chefs as they cook live with seasonal produce. Local producers include winemakers from across the 14 wine regions of NSW from the Hunter Valley to the Canberra Region in the south, as well as beer and spirit makers.
