Time Out says

An ex-Noma chef is putting on a dinner to end all dinners

Did you miss out on Noma Australia? Well fear not, because Elijah Holland, former Noma Australia chef and chief forager for the restaurant, is creating a menu with Vine's Drew Bolton based around native foods foraged from the Blue Mountains.

The menu will be a surprise on the night but the two chefs have been furiously preserving, pickling, fermenting, hunting and making their own cheese. They're dry aging their own game and have even reached out to a local brewer who will create a bespoke beer.

The meal comes as part of Vine's Origin Dinner Series, where guest chefs will come to Vine to explore a new area of the food world every time.

And it's also really affordable, at $120 for a five-course meal, snacks and beverage pairing, and only $75 for five-courses and snacks, sans booze.

Get your tickets in advance, and prepare your stomach for an almost unfairly delicious meal.
