The legends from Left of Field are joining forces with burger slingers Bar Ume for this one-off block party. The crowd-drawing café will host the arvo-to-evening affair, with one of Sydney's best burger makers setting up on site for one night only.
Ume will be firing up their eponymous burger (replate with a beef pattie, Wagyu mince sauce, tomato, onion, mayo and cheese) plus they'll be debuting a new collaborative burger, the lamb shiso burger. Left of Field’s will be flipping their signature pavlova hotcakes, while the Australian Brewery will be popping ice cold beers. Food writer and party starter DJ Levins will also be hopping behind the decks to sound track the evening. It all kicks off from 5.30pm.
