Co-curated with Blue Lotus Gallery, the exhibition showcases award-winning photographer Jo Farrell documentation of the last surviving women of China with bound feet. A project that has been viral since 2014, the collection of black-and-white photographs are a unique insight of the women’s stories and an exploration of how cultures, traditional and contemporary, alter the female body to achieve beauty.
