Italian mixologist Dennis Zoppi takes the art of cocktail making to a whole new level. The World Class Competition finalist will be at The Mira's Room One for three nights this week showcasing his multisensory approach to mixing, and will be showcasing concoctions including a popcorn old fashioned served with crunchy caramelised popcorn and his siganture Joia, in which Tanqueray No.10 is combined with corriander seed-infused pineapple shrubs, lemon juice and sugar syrup.
