Time Out says

Join fun gin masterclasses and be the first to taste the newly launched Four Pillars Fresh Yuzu Gin

This autumn, Australian craft gin brand Four Pillars is taking over Feather & Bone Causeway Bay’s cafe area. From now until October 23, enjoy specially curated cocktails featuring Four Pillars gin and learn from their fun gin workshops. If you enjoy Four Pillars’ citrus-infused gins, the pop-up will give you the chance to taste a new permanent addition to the brand’s core range, which is the Four Pillars Fresh Yuzu Gin. Inspired by the owner’s adventures in crafting gin with their Japanese friends, the Fresh Yuzu Gin is a vibrant and aromatic dry gin made from yuzu grown in Healesville in the Ovens Valley, Australia.

Special cocktails on the menu include The Best Bloody G&T, Olive Leaf Martini, and The Aussie Ginger Mule ($88 per glass). On October 6, 13, and 20, join Four Pillar’s Alberto Aldave for an interactive gin masterclass ($200 per person), where you can mix a cocktail or two and taste the different flavours of Four Pillars gins. Spaces are limited for the class you reserve early. Register your slot via sevenrooms.com
