This humble little place out in the NT is no hillbilly in the restaurant world. Specialising in seafood, one meal here will have Islanders reconsidering their Sunday lunch plans. Their fried crab with crispy garlic, and steamed crab with yellow wine and egg white are seasonal treats, but their fried shrimp with salted egg yolk is available all year round, thankfully.
