Sitting on the Penthouse level of M88 Tower on Wellington Street, Quiero Más is offering modern Mediterranean cuisine with a distinct Spanish flow. The restaurant and bar will offer service for lunch, dinner, brunch and socials throughout the week. Spanish chef Alex Fargas from La Paloma has joined them to head up the kitchen with dishes including a whole Boston lobster in a rich Vichyssoise puree, king scallop marinated in lemongrass and roasted shallot dressing with avocado puree; grilled seabass in cream-caper sauce and much more. Meanwhile, the bar will be offering creative cocktails, Spanish wines, and pale ales from the Mediterranean coastline.
