Time Out says

Only available until December 18, taste an exclusive menu featuring the most-loved dishes from his restaurants from the past 20 years

Marking two decades of serving excellent dining experiences since the opening of three Michelin-starred restaurant L'Enclume in Cartmel in 2002, renowned chef Simon Rogan is celebrating the occasion with special events and menus in his restaurants in the UK and in Hong Kong. Over the past months, the celebration saw the release of a limited-edition whisky, a bespoke cutlery collaboration, the publishing of a photography book, One Dish, and much more. In Hong Kong, catch the award-winning chef in the city together with L'Enclume and Rogan & Co's executive head chef Tom Barnes and Roganic executive chef Oli Marlow from December 13 to 18. The menu serves the best-loved dishes from his restaurants from the past and present. Available in short ($1,480 per person) and long tasting ($2,880 per person) menus, guests can taste Simon Rogan's well-loved dishes from restaurants L'Enclume, Roganic London, Rogan & Co, The French, Aulis London & Cartmel, and Henrock.

Dishes from the tasting menu include the lobster roll serving from Henrock (2019), pea wafer with fresh cheese and organic shoots and flowers from Aulis Cartmel (2012), pork and smoked eel fritter (2011), razor roll reversal (2005), and scallops with oyster, fennel, and truffle (2002) from L'Enclume, and five-flavour monkfish with parsnips and hazelnuts from Rogan and Company (2008), and sweet finishes like the meadowsweet cream with strawberries, cake and pickled roses from Aulis Soho (2017). These delectable dishes can be paired with wines (+$680 for standard five-glass; $1,380 for premium five-glass) curated by their team of sommeliers led by master sommelier Pierre Brunelli. Standout wines include bottlings from Domaine de L'Enclos, a bright and textured Chablis aged on fine lees in a tank for nine months, Contrefort Tempranillo from an organic vineyard in Blampied, Australia, a flinty Domaine de l'Ecu Muscadet Granite, fruity and nutty 2014 R. Lopez de Heredia Vina Gravonia Crianza Blanco, and a lovely dessert wine 2007 Tokaji Oremus Aszu to end the meal. For teetotalers, request a non-alcoholic pairing menu which presents artfully done teas and juices.
