Time Out says

To welcome the sultry summer, restaurant group Woolly Pig Hong Kong is launching a special signature burger for each of their venues. Dine by the beach at Lantau restaurant Bathers and taste their Surf & Turf Beach Burger served with 7oz Australia Wagyu beef patty and grilled tiger prawn. Casual bistro District 8 will be serving a Francais Classic Burger (made with Wagyu beef patty, dill pickle, Lyonnaise onion, and Comte cheese) at both their venues in Elements Shopping Centre and Tseung Kwan O. In Kennedy Town, drop by at Grain gastropub to enjoy their Smoked Pastrami Double Beef burger (made with house-smoked pastrami and juicy Wagyu beef patty) and sip on refreshing beers. For pescatarians, Ink seafood cafe and bar at Hong Kong Museum Of Art will offer a Hoki fish burger, while Majo Tapas Paella Bar in SoHo will have an octopus burger on the menu.

The summer burgers are priced at $98 each and are available during dinner service every Monday and Tuesday from now until August 31.
