This shop employs the halogen-powered siphon method to prepare coffee which is always in use because of its slow drip - every cup takes about five minutes to prepare. Not the most efficient way to brew, but its smoothness (or rather lack of bitterness) keeps the regulars coming back. The owner wants to start the "slow coffee" movement where people can come in, relax and stay for a long brew. $60.
