Censu x Dr. Fern’s Gin Parlour pop-up

Contemporary Japanese restaurant Censu calls Dr. Fern’s Gin Parlour home for a limited time Unlicense Prescription pop-up. Inspired by the botanical themed prescriptions known at Dr. Fern’s, Censu brings an exclusively crafted menu of small bites such as the prime beef tri-tip beef tartare ($168), pork katsu sando ($178), and Japanese Kuruma prawn kataifi ($158). On the drinks side, Censu mixes bespoke herb-based highball, the Censu's Unlicensed Prescription ($150) and a fragrant Sakurao Hamagou ($150) G&T.
