Time Out says

Social distancing may have been difficult for some, but it's nothing compared to our frontline workers.

This Friday, let's show our heartfelt appreciation for our heroes who have been working tirelessly to keep us safe during the coronavirus pandemic. Let's put our hands together for a huge round of applause to say thank you and show our gratitude. Initiated by the Hong Kong Community Foundation, the mass clap will take place on Friday, April 3 at 8pm.

"What do I have to do?" It's simple. You don't need to go anywhere or do anything other than putting your hands together and clap. If you're at home, you can do it by the window or on the balcony. If you happen to be outside – you can clap in the office, in a restaurant, on the street, or even on the MTR. No matter where you are, all you need to do is clap and give thanks to each and every one of our city's frontline workers.

So, mark it in your diary, set an alarm, and express your support for all the people who have been working around the clock to keep us safe through this crisis.
