If the latest ice cream fad is leaving you cold, here’s your chance to put it right: all you have to do is come up with the flavour of your dreams and a catchy name to do your creation justice. Then enter our competition for a chance to not only win a dinner buffet for four people at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong hotel’s Tiffin restaurant in Wan Chai – but also to see your fab concoction served up alongside the house flavours at the chic buffet eatery this summer.

The judges are looking for bold flavour pairings, contrasting textures and distinctive ingredients. Six winners are to have their ice creams created and served up at Tiffin during its lunch buffets ($438 a person), dinner buffets ($728 a person) and afternoon tea sessions (from $298). For fun, the Time Out Hong Kong team has created its own crazy flavour (right) – but we know you can do better. So get your thinking cones on and you could be scooping the prize!
