As a leading design education provider, Hong Kong Design Institute (HKDI) advocates the application of design thinking across different disciplines as a problem-solving soft skill. One that holds a significant role and value in enhancing the well-being of humans. It is with this, and the success of previous years, in mind that HKDI is launching a new series of virtual webinars for Design Thinking for Well-being 2020 that will run on November 3rd, 4th, and 6th this year.
The lecture programme will take place online and give viewers a deep dive into the user-centric aspect of design thinking with a group of experts who will present keynotes and hold panel discussions (in English only) over the course of three days. The topics will focus on the innovation needed to improve the human state of comfort, health, and happiness in a multidimensional manner and also include how design thinking can be used to break boundaries in products, services, systems and processes, converging into integrated solutions.
