Would you trust your kids to build a house? How about a whole village? Castlemaine artist Ann Ferguson is working with Maryborough preschoolers for a new interactive exhibition at the Central Goldfields Art Gallery. It Takes a Child to Grow a Village features dozens of tiny ceramic houses created by children in local kindergartens and day care centres. The petite houses and buildings will then form a tiny, Lilliputian-esque town, which will be on display at the CGAG between from August 2 to September 3.
