Scuba diving is amazing but expensive. If you'd like to experience some deep sea diving without the water and the cost, take a trip to Oceanarium: Deep Ocean Other World at Central Goldfields Art Gallery. Between August 3 and September 2 the exhibition will transform part of the gallery into a dark underwater world.
Grab a head torch and head into the dark installation space, where you'll meet silvery sea creatures you can only see as they glisten in the torch light. The work is a collaboration between artists Karen Richards and Sue Ferrari, who have created the glittering sea animals from reflective thread panels. Oceanarium: Deep Ocean Other World is free to enter.
