The Exchange is kick starting your weekend every Saturday with a new bubbly brunch. From Saturday March 31, the Port Melbourne hotel will be hosting spritz and sparkling fuelled brunches from 11am.
For just $50 per person, you'll enjoy a range of rosé spritzes, Aperol spritzes, mango and orange mimosas, house red, white and sparkling, as well as schooners of Hawthorn Pale Ale, for those who prefer some hops.
You'll also score items from their brunch menu, which includes a bunch of tasty sweet and savoury crepes. Choose from Nutella and autumn berries; double smoked ham and cheddar; smashed avocado with goats cheese and toasted almonds; fried chicken with maple syrup; or smoked salmon with dill pickles and Kewpie mayo.
