Open seven days a week in summer, the Commercial Hotel is filled to the gills with fun, with a rolling roster of drag shows, DJs and live bands showcased every week. Wednesdays are popular meat... er, meet market with the Uni crowd thanks to MATCH (Meet At The Commercial Hotel), while Thursdays features bands and live comedy. Fridays' theme is Cheap Thrills and there's guest DJs top help you get your thang on. Saturday is drag central and crowds come from all corners of the city to catch the hot trans-action. There's a kitchen dishing great pub food 6-10pm and a courtesy bus home with stops at Spotswood, Williamstown and Newport.
