Two Melbourne pubs are pitting some of Australia's best breweries against each other, when they each host craft beer show downs this month.

First up, Toorak's 505 Cellar will be hosting the Battle of the Brewers on Saturday September 23 from 7pm. The battle will see New South Wales' Stockade Brew Co go against Victoria's Mornington Peninsula Brewery.

Next up, enjoy a rich Indian red beef curry with IPAs before finishing with a couple of dark stouts, matched with a chocolate fondant. At the end of the meal, you'll vote on your favourite brewery. Tickets are $75 per person.

Next up, Beer DeLuxe Fed Square with be celebrating the AFL grand final with the Lager Off on Saturday September 30 from 11.30am. While you watch the two teams battle it out for this year's premiership, the beer hub will host its own showdown to find the best lager in Victoria.
