The crème de la crème of bubbles producers in Victoria, Domaine Chandon has been producing top tier sparkling wine since the days it was allowed to be called Champagne. It's owned by champagne producer Moët & Chandon (itself owned by LVMH, or Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy). As you'd expect, this classic winery combines French tradition with the Yarra Valley cool climate terroir.
Chandon's Aussie home was founded in 1986 amidst the stunning surrounds of the Yarra Valley. Since then, the estate has been crafting sparkling wine, inspired by the rich diversity of the region as well as the expertise of the Chandon winemaking community worldwide. From the boutique, you can explore one of the largest ranges of méthode traditionnelle sparkling wines in the country.
Hosted tastings at the bar allow you to enjoy five of the winery's signature styles, select vintages and classic offerings. As you sip your way though a selection of sparkling wines, you'll have panoramic views of the rolling hills and vines in the Yarra Valley, plus the opportunity to converse with Chandon's staff about anything and everything vino.
