It's the biggest day of celebration in New Orleans’ Mardi Gras calendar and now it's coming to Melbourne. Carlton’s Piazza Italia will play host to a Fat Tuesday party, complete with big tunes and fun flavours.
RocKwiz's Brian Nankervis is set to host the festivities, and there will be a Southern Comfort cocktail bar to keep your spirits up. You can peer into the future at the fortune teller’s booth, have a boogie to some live music and then snack yourself happy with Southern fare like Louisiana gumbo, po’ Boys, Texas barbecue and tacos from Po’ Boy Quarter, Bluebonnet and the Taco Truck.
