Time Out says

Tucked away under Collins Street is Harley House, a bar and grill that serves up Latin American-style food with a Peruvian flare.

The bare brick walls, cables running along the roof and concrete pillars – decorated with large photo prints from Vincent Fantauzzo – make you feel like you’ve stepped into a Williamsburg restaurant.

The a la carte menu is relatively short but diverse, with the majority of the dishes cooked to perfection on the Harley House grill. Share plates as well as mains are available.

Behind the bar they’re creating cocktails using Pisco, a Peruvian brandy. Harley House’s speciality is the Pisco Sour, a play on the whiskey sour. Get in from 4.30-6.30pm Tuesday-Sunday for Pisco Time, with the Peruvian spirit being served up for only $12. There are, of course, classic cocktails available as well, all with a Harley House spin. If you’re not sure where to start on the extensive drinks then chat to one of the bartenders, who are more than happy to help you find the drink that’s right for you.
