Hop Nation is an independently owned brewery by former winemakers Sam Harbour and Duncan Gibson. They have no shortage of barrel-aged brews in the works; a call back to their winemaking background with their small-batch beers made using natural ingredients with no fining or pasteurization and minimal filtration. The brewery is only open on the weekends, and there are food trucks on rotation to feed you.
