Melbourne's smallest distillery teams up with Dilmah and Rice Paper Scissors for this one-off event

Head to tiny gin distillery Little Lon this Saturday, March 20 for an afternoon celebration of Southeast Asian food and drinks.

Sri Lankan tea empire Dilmah’s Australian branch will collaborate with Southeast Asian fusion restaurant Rice Paper Scissors and the distillery to provide guests with a tasting session, masterclass and grazing platters by Rice Paper Scissors. Expect Dilmah-infused Gin and Tonics, six Little Lon gin tastings with paired tonics and garnishes, and a tea-infused cocktail with shared meals by Rice Paper Scissors.

Platters will be adorned by tea-cured salmon, lemongrass, lime leaf, and Vietnamese mint on betel leaves; mini banh mi with poached Milawa duck and all the trimmings; bánh khọt mini turmeric-infused coconut pancakes topped with pork relish, poached prawn, and Yarra Valley salmon caviar and mini rice paper rolls with lemongrass chicken, vermicelli, cucumber, and ginger nuoc cham. Exclusive take-home gift packs and tea infusions will also be available for sale after the event.

Tickets cost $125 per person and can be purchased here. The Little Lon and Dilmah Australia G and Tea Masterclass featuring Rice Paper Scissors will take place on Saturday, March 20 from 4pm to 6pm at Little Lon Distilling Co, 17 Casselden Place, Melbourne.
