Wine-loving mates Alex Byrne, Sam Vogel, and Cam Nicol have joined forces to bring Noisy Ritual, a winery in Melbourne's Brunswick East. To welcome the neighbourhood, Noisy Ritual is hosting a housewarming party where they plan on putting up a four-course dinner spread cooked by Pope Joan chef Matt Wilkinson, which will be paired with Noisy Ritual wines from 2015. Tickets are $130, inclusive of all food and wine. Only 100 spots are available so get in quick.
Championing a "grape to glass" philosophy, Noisy Ritual will serve a multi-purpose role where visitors can learn about wine making (Byrne and Vogel have years of winery experience between them), have a glass of wine at the bar, and buy a bottle to take home for your next dinner party.
The Noisy Ritual team have previously hosted successful events including an old-school stomping party, and they plan on hosting more at their permanent digs. Expect communal dinners, winemaking workshops, and more for this urban winery's bright future.
