There’s no shortage of good energy and even better tunes at Dr Morse, but now these legends are turning things up by extending the bistro disco vibes into the AM. Every Saturday for the rest of the year, from 11am to 1pm, the Abbotsford bar will host Boozy Brunchtime Radio sessions featuring the Cafe Del Morse DJs.

These sessions are designed to accommodate late brekkies that become long arvos. The cocktail jugs are one litre (no less) and the soundtrack is downtempo beats. For $69 per person, you’ll get a cocktail jug (including Aperol Spritz, Mimosa, Gin Gin Mule or Russian Spring Punch) and a brekky plate of your choice. Opt for a nourish bowl, brekky fried rice, chilli scramble, or a brekky burger.

If you’re still feeling hungry (or thirsty) after all that, you can also add on potato gems, Bloody Marys, Mimosas or gin and fresh juice for just $10.

Some of Melbourne’s favourite club DJs will be spinning the daylight decks, with select sets to be recorded live and shared on the Dr Morse SoundCloud. Rock up on December 2 for beats from Friday Young and Earl Grey, or enjoy tunes from Tom Moore and Nick Murray on December 9. Rounding out the series will be Selena and Asha Franco on December 16, followed by Zjsoso and Kgomotso on the last Saturday before Christmas, December 23.

Following Brunchtime radio, there's a regular lineup of parties and DJs on rotation long into the night. You can see who is playing via Dr Morse's Instagram or website.
