Southern Carnival

Melbourne's resident slice of New Orleans will play host to this Mardi Gras-themed party that will feature special cocktails like the Southern Comfort Grapefruit Mojito and Southern Comfort Lynchburg Lemonade. They will also be doing plenty of NOLA snacks including shrimp (that's prawns for us) remoulade with fried green tomatoes, mac'n'cheese croquets and strawberry ice cream pie with a Southern Comfort caramel. You'd best believe the soundtrack will be Louisiana jazz and blues and with free entry, you've got quite the party on your hands.
