If you haven't mastered the art of braking, you'll end up in Stingray whether you want to go or not. It's located right at the end of the ski run, and is therefore the go-to bar for midday beers and mod-Mex nachos. In looks it's somewhere between a vintage ski lodge, bistro and night club. In one corner, old skis are mounted above cushion strewn counches while an illuminated island bar juts out into the centre of the room. They're currently trying to draw in an early evening trade, and on the drinks front, they've got a good case. They mix a mean Manhattan and Gimlet. We might reconsider blasting the hottest hundred at cocktail hour, but if you're looking to hit the evening hard and fast, this is the bar for you.
