St Kilda's Big Mouth on Acland Street knows how to put on a good time so it's little surprise that they're celebrating the launch of The Baron Samedi Spiced this winter with a rum party. They'll be shaking and stirring $9 cocktail specials with this new winter-appropriate rum every night from June 1 to July 1.
Named after a legendary Haitian Vodou figure, the Baron Samedi Spiced launch at Big Mouth feature sampling sessions on July 3 and July 10 from 5pm to 8pm. You'll be able to sample the smooth and rich undertones of this premium rum, crafted from a blend of Caribbean column-still rum and traditional Jamaican pot-still rum. Taste the hum of vanilla, cocoa, cinnamon, clove and Haitian vetiver in the Baron Samedi Spiced signature serve, which see the rum mixed with ginger beer, fresh lime and a dash of bitters.
