Wouldn't it be cool if some of your favourite Netflix shows came to life in an immersive, celebratory event at your local pub? The streaming powerhouse is bringing the small screen into the real world with the Who's Watch Inn, which will take over Melbourne's Clyde Hotel for one week only (Wed Sep 28-Sun Oct 2).
Before we get to the specifics, it's important we cover the most exciting bit: Netflix is shouting a free beer for absolutely everyone over 18 who comes to visit the Who's Watch Inn.
And what will you be doing, along with drinking free beer? There will be a series of events at the Who's Watch Inn, including trivia, live comedy and themed food and drinks. Chow down on Salt & Pepper Squid Game, Emily in Parma, or Is It Cake? Cake.
The Netflix Is a Joke: Comedy Night will feature Urzila Carlson and Nazeem Hussain and will be hosted by Melanie Bracewell – tickets are free but be quick to book.
And it wouldn’t be a pub without trivia, and of course, the trivia here focuses on Netflix’s suite of shows. If you obsessed over Stranger Things or can name the Fab Five, this is the trivia for you.
