Micheal and Kim Lynch's bar has an unquestionable Irish heart, yet it deftly avoids all the fiddle-de-de shamrocks and tat. It's here you can get mussels cooked in cider, soda bread and stew and steaks with Jameson butter. This is huge food that could almost take a pot shot at the Napier's enormous eats.
