Step inside this creative wine tasting experience by Stoneleigh Wines. Last year the New Zealand winery transformed an abandoned house in Sydney into a fairytale garden. This time round they're customising a Flinders Lane warehouse to create an interactive installation about winemaking. Imagine the Magic Schoolbus, but at night, with wine, and kind of a party.
You can taste the Stoneleigh wines while you're there, admire the beautiful work from macro videography artist Susi Sie, and once you've worked your way through the roving wine tasting, you can settle into the pop-up bar and cellar door.
If you're lucky you may score a guest invitation to the secret dining room, which will be hosting three-course dinners with paired wines.
