The Store Room

You don't expect to find kooky, speakeasy-style cocktail bars at the bottom of new highrises, but that's the beauty of The Store Room. What was once a barber shop at the bottom of St Kilda Junction, is now home to a collection of oddities, trinkets and a heck of a lot of gin. Expect seasonal, classic cocktails like a Tom Collins with a lavender infusion, charcuterie and a killer jaffle (food is limited due to a lack of kitchen). Don't be put off if you can't find their front door, enter by dialling '2' on the phone at the 'entrance.'
