This collaboration between White Rabbit Brewery and the Carlton Club will see the Bourke Street bar host a left-of-centre food and drink pairing experience. White Rabbit ambassador Ryan Loft will host the evening, taking you through limited edition barrel aged beers, sours and ciders, which will be complemented by five different tastes.
You'll also get the try the brewery's latest Champagne-style cider, which sees Sturmer apples (chosen for this project due to the similar acidity of traditional Champagne grape varieties) fermented in French oak barrels. The tipples and snacks will be accompanied by five custom experiences – you may encounter Tezcatzontecatl (the mythological Aztec God of beer) or wild wolpertingers (Bavarian folklore hybrid animals).
