Our friends at The Pisco People are taking pisco to the next level with their month-long event series, Month of Pisco, happening this July.
Five lucky Time Out subscribers will win tickets to the exclusive Dare to Pisco – Getaway cocktail event, being held at Nieuw Amsterdam on Wednesday July 6 from 5pm.
Dare to Pisco – Getaway will showcase some of Australia's leading mixologists and will crown one of the six finalists as their pisco champion. The winning pisco-infused drink will be judged on flavour, aroma, balance, appearance, presentation, creativity, originality and expression of the theme 'getaway'.
The cocktail extravaganza will feature Time Out's Pub Guide editor (and cocktail-maker extraordinaire), Fred Siggins, on the judging panel.
