Guys, the most paw-sitively meow-nificent thing has happened: the Lost Dogs' Home are hosting a cat and kitten adoption evening at their North Melbourne shelter.

Adult cats will be available for no fee and kittens will be half price throughout the evening. Furr real, what better way to escape the cold than enjoying warm cuddles with a furry feline friend?

All felines adopted from the home are desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, flea treated and wormed, which is all included in the adoption fee (or lack thereof if you adopt a grown-up cat). If you want to take a look at the adorable kitties up for grabs, we definitely recommend scanning the home’s website where adorable profile shots of the kittens and cats are available.

The evening will be a fun treat for the whole family, with tasty winter eats, prize giveaways and other activities to enjoy. Kitty dress ups are encouraged, of course.

The adoption evening will take place on Wednesday July 12 from 4-9pm at the Home’s North Melbourne shelter on Gracie Street.
