UPDATE 11/05/2016: The Brutalist Block Party event Wholey Day has been cancelled.

If you've always wanted to go to one of the Flour Market's insane bakes sales, but haven't been able to due to your #cleaneating lifestyle, you don't have to let your gluten/sugar/butter-free diet get in the way of your sweet tooth anymore, because the founders of Flour Market are launching Wholey Day on May 28, the more virtuous sister to the original (and buttered to the nines) event. Happening as part of the Brutalist Block Party event series, Wholey Day will be hosting 20 vendors who specialise in whole foods, raw, vegan, organic and gluten-free treats. Vendors so far include Hunted + Gathered, Citizen Cacao, Ace Mylkbar, and Sunday Muesli Co., with more vendors to be announced.

Wholey Day will take place on May 28 from 9am at 122 Roseneath St, Clifton Hill.

If you're a fan of the original, you might find that your haul on the day will look a little less like this...

And more like this.
