Hop into Luna park this Easter for a new ride and extended egg hunting hours
Taking the kids to Luna Park during the school holidays is practically a right of passage in Melbourne. This Easter things are getting a bit eggs-citing at the park with an exhilarating new ride and an extra day of Easter egg hunting.
The new ride will thrill the kids, but its name will thrill parents even more. The Space Jam! ride is more than twice as tall as Luna Park’s scenic railway and rotates 12 times every minute. The ultra high spinning swing will give you a fantastic view over St Kilda but is only at the park until April 15.
On the chocolate front, Luna Park is looking extremely delicious. It will be running its annual chocolate egg hunt, as overseen by the Mad Hatter, over both Easter Saturday and Sunday this year. That means twice as much chocolate, and it’s free to participate when you buy an unlimited rides ticket.
