Prahran's historic performance space will transform into an intimate live music hub this summer
You know Chapel off Chapel as one of the southside's best arts venues – but are you aware that it has also played host to the likes of Coldplay, Foo Fighters and Noel Gallagher? This summer, Chapel off Chapel will continue its fine musical history with a series of summer sessions featuring top musical artists.
The series kicks off on Friday, January 11 with the moody folk rock of Melbourne-born singer-songwriter Jordie Lane. Next up is the ever-so-suave and funky ten-man band Sex on Toast (Sat Jan 12), who will no doubt treat audiences toana energetic performance.
Other artists included on the line-up include Nicky Bomba (the frontman for Bustamento and drummer for John Butler Trio), Chapel Summer Session alumna Thando and duo Jess & Matt, who've been lucky enough to even catch the attention of Stevie Nicks.
Tickets start from $30, and are cheaper if you book online. Get in quick; these intimate gigs will fill up fast.
