After Oasis shot to stardom in the 90s and became one of Britain's most acclaimed rock bands, the Gallagher brothers had a massive falling out and decided to go their separate ways musically. Since then, Liam has released three hugely successful studio albums as a solo artist, and he has announced an upcoming fourth album, C'Mon You Know.
Gallagher will play hits from this latest album and his past studio albums when he graces the stage for Splendour in the Grass, and at his Melbourne sideshow at John Cain Arena on July 27.
General public tickets will go on sale from 9am on Monday, February 14 through the Ticketek website.
