The organisers of Kyneton Music Festival have been breathing new life into their live music scene with their bar. The cosy cantina-style bar and kitchen has seen local artists and festival favourites such as Cherrywood and Yeo perform recently. The bar is named after explorer Major Thomas Mitchell, who crossed the Campaspe River near the town in 1836.
