As the Corner enters its second decade on Richmond’s renowned corner with its current owners, they are throwing a free all day Sunday session to celebrate the occasion. As it happens the iconic Richmond pub will unveil a new rooftop designed by Therefore Studio. The rooftop is serving the pub’s new menu that features share dishes alongside pub classics. The newly designed rooftop also serves a late-night bar food menu, if you don’t feel like a kebab for your post-gig bite. Big ups to Therefore Studio for making the rooftop wheelchair accessible and for adding more seating area for those long summer nights.
The birthday bash will bring more than 15 of Australia’s up and coming acts to the stage to celebrate, including Billy Davis, Jade Imagine, Confidence Man and Melbourne hip hop DJ MzRizk. It’s a great chance to check out the newly renovated rooftop, snack on some snags from the famous BBQ and remember why people just keep coming back to the Corner Hotel.
