Improvised music collective Uncomfortable Science are putting on an evening of Amy Winehouse-inspired tunes at the Toff. Watch as Brisbane guitarist Lachlan Mitchell puts together melodies on a whiteboard while the band plays live. The beautifully strange improvisation is part of Melbourne Music Week and coincides with the Jewish Museum of Australia's Amy Winehouse: A Family Portrait exhibition.
