Whether you have a Disney kid or are a Disney kid at heart, we have news for you. Disney in Concert is coming to Melbourne next year, meaning you'll have the opportunity to hear your favourite tunes live. Across four days in March, the Arts Centre Melbourne will transform into a musical wonderland, bringing the magic of Disney to life through a live orchestra, stunning vocal performances and beloved songs from some of the studio's most iconic films. Expect plenty of nostalgia, a few sing-along moments and the chance to relive the soundtracks that defined your childhood – from timeless classics to modern favourites.
Produced by MM Creative Productions, Disney in Concert is a celebration of the films and musicals we all grew up with. The theatrical production company is partnering with Melbourne Symphony Orchestra to bring some of Disney's most beloved soundtracks to life. Clips from films including Moana, Mulan, The Lion King, Hercules, Frozen and many more will be projected above the live orchestra while they play (as someone who has seen MSO play along to films before, I can confirm it's so good, you'll forget you're not simply watching the movies). There will also be an all-star cast of singers performing the songs, with the orchestra guided by acclaimed conductor Jessica Gethin.

When is Disney in Concert Melbourne?
Disney in Concert will be heading to Melbourne from Thursday, March 18, 2027 to Sunday, March 21, 2027. Before that, it will be in Sydney from Thursday, March 11 to Saturday, March 13.
Where is Disney in Concert Melbourne?
All of the Disney in Concert performances will be held at Hamer Hall within the Arts Centre.
How to get Disney in Concert tickets
Tickets to the 2027 shows come out soon, so you better pencil these dates into your calendar! MSO subscribers and patrons get first pre-sale access on Thursday, October 22 at 10am. If you want to sign up in advance, you can do that here. Friends of the MSO are next up, with their pre-sale at 12pm on the same day (sign up here). If you don't want to pay to be an MSO subscriber or patron, you can sign up to the free pre-sale here, which goes live Thursday, October 22 at 2pm.
General sale is released the following day, Friday, October 23, at 10am.
