You might have drunk vermouth, but have you ever eaten vermouth? Gippsland produce-toting venue Farmer's Daughters by chef Alejandro Saravia (Pastuso) has teamed up with Maidenii Vermouth to bring you three vermouth-based cocktail and food pairings for Melbourne Cocktail Festival.

Maidenii Vermouth and Farmer’s Daughters have teamed up together to create the venue's very own Gippsland vermouth and the duo are joining forces again this April.

From April 12 to 18, you can head to the venue's rooftop bar and sample combos like the Bushtucker Mary. This has Maidenii and Farmer’s Daughters Vermouth with spiced tomato water, saltbush, mountain pepper berry leaf and bush tomato, paired with Baw Baw Alpine trout rillette with mountain pepper cream and salted cucumber.

The Bushtucker Mary is Farmer's Daughters featured cocktail as part of the Melbourne Cocktail Festival's Bar Safari program, and you can try all three dishes and drinks at the rooftop bar of Farmer’s Daughters on 80 Collins Precinct, Melbourne from April 12 to 18.
